Teletank Ltd. – Hét Vezér Apartmanhotel, hereinafter: the Hotel – respects the personal data protection rights of the persons visiting the website. This guideline offers information as to what data is kept on record by the Hotel and the use thereof. You can find out how to check the correctness of the data and how to request the deletion thereof from the Hotel’s records. The data-recording, data-processing and data use is done pursuant to the legal provisions.

Recording, processing and use of personal data:

We only record the personal data supplied by visitors voluntarily, and when visitors explicitly consent to such data-recording, data-processing and data use. In that case, the visitor also accepts the terms below. In the course of visiting the website, certain data are automatically kept on the Hotel’s server for system-administrative, statistical or security purposes. These data are the following: the internet-provider of the visitor, in some cases the IP address from where the website was accessed, the version number of the browsing software, the computer operating system type, the website from where the Hotel’s website was accessed, the sites visited on the website, and the search words used to access the website. From these data conclusions can be drawn with regard to the website’s popularity, to the given computers, and there is no use of personal data. The data are only used anonymously. If you disclose personal data to the Hotel, those will only be used in the manner allowed by the law and to the extent permitted in your consent, and will not be disclosed to third parties. The only case when we disclose your data without your consent is when required by the law, or upon the order of a court or authority. Any change to this statement shall be made public on this website. In this way you can gain information any time with respect to the data kept on record by us, and the method of data-recording, data-processing and data use. Based on the law CXII., section (1) and (2) of paragraph 4, Teletank Ltd. stores and handles its data exclusively until it is absolutely necessary considering the period between room reservation and departure. According to the law after the departure of the guests their data are completely deleted.

Security:

The Hotel shall keep the data supplied by you securely, and take precautionary measures for the protection thereof – i.e. for the prevention of their loss, unauthorized use or alteration.

Cookies:

In order to facilitate the use of the website the Hotel uses anonymous identifiers, so-called cookies. Cookies are small-size data, which are temporarily taken from the browser and kept on the hard disk of your computer by visiting the website, and these data relate to the visiting of the website. The cookies that we use are not suitable to identify visitors’ personal data. Most browsers automatically accept anonymous visitor identification. However, in the browser settings you can eliminate the installation of the visitor identification to the hard disk. The stored cookies can be removed from your computer any time by deleting the temporary internet files.

Alteration and deletion of your personal data:

The Hotel deletes the recorded data from its records, if the legal conditions or other legal title of data storage no longer exist. Naturally, you can also request the deletion of your personal data from the records at any time. Moreover, you are also entitled to withdraw your consent for any future use and processing of your personal data at any time.
